“The front desk staff were a 10/10. The room was absolutely spotless. So clean! The bed felt like you were laying on clouds. I loved the lighting around the bed. Made for a very "romantic" feel. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Upon arrival they asked me for a cc as a guarantee. it appeared that my 3 credit cards were declined. I offered to leave cash. I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...

“Appartamento specialty ha una cucina attrezzata di tutto e molto utile, spazi ampi e camera con letto comodo e king. Mi chiedo perché nella cucina non ci siano mai 4 sedie anche se appartamento per 4 persone. Gli Italiani amano stare a tavola e non mangiare sul divano ai pasti. Appartamento basico con cucina solo con microonde e non piano cottura. Piscina e palestra comodi. Farei un appunto alla colazione molto basica e con assenza di cibo dolce, croissant o muffin etc , cappuccino. Zona...

“Great location. Tons of walkable places for food, coffee, and entertainment. Great bar in the lobby. Rooms were very nice. Would definitely go back!”

“I forgot how great Hotel Lucia is! Centrally located, grand old building with inviting public spaces. The rooms are mefium sized but nicely furnished in a retro style reminiscent of the 1940s. Best of all is the friendly professional staff who go out of their way to ensure your visit is the best. Bonus - rooms are competitively priced as compared to comparable properties in the neighborhood. ”

“Everything was wonderful. The staff, the valet, the room and restaurant were all perfect and reasonable/fair pricing. I absolutely feel like royalty when I stay here. The location is also very desirable being only a few blocks from Moda amd across from the convention center and just a short ride to plenty of night life entertainment. ”

“The room was spotless, the lobby/bar area was decorated beautifully, they have an amazing Thai food restaurant in the hotel, and the location was great. There was also a dj performing our first night in town.”
